Sweitzer is an Operating Partner, CFO Services at Kohlberg.  In this capacity, he supports the Office of the CFO across the firm’s portfolio and assists in financial diligence.

Prior to joining Kohlberg, Sweitzer served as Chief Financial Officer of Senneca Holdings and Champion Windows. He also held the role of Vice President at Development Specialists, Inc., where he served in numerous interim CFO positions across a range of industries, providing strategic financial leadership during periods of transition.

Sweitzer began his career at American Express, where he built a strong foundation in finance and accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kent State University.
