With extensive experience leading process improvement, organizational alignment and physician engagement to help drive revenue and growth initiatives, Robinson partners with executive and clinical leaders to strengthen operating performance, expand market relevance, and advance an exceptional employee and patient experience. She is passionate about building scalable processes, aligning teams around shared priorities, engaging physicians as strategic partners, and developing talent capabilities that support growth, collaboration, brand differentiation, and sustained transformation.

Robinson began her career in IT and consulting, where she developed a foundation in project management, disciplined execution, and cross-functional problem solving. Over time, she evolved that experience into a focus on operational excellence. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), has completed formal training in design thinking, and holds an AWS Certified AI Practitioner credential.
