Joseph Altobelli is a growth-focused financial executive with more than 30 years of experience leading publicly traded and private equity-backed organizations. He has a proven track record of building high-performing finance teams, strengthening operational discipline, and supporting growth across complex, multi-site healthcare businesses.

Most recently, Altobelli served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Bond Vet, where he partnered with management, clinical leaders, and investors to help scale the organization to approximately 50 clinics nationwide, caring for nearly 28,000 patients each month.

Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of CityMD and played a key leadership role in the acquisitions and integrations of Summit Health, Westmed Medical Group, and New Jersey Urology. These combinations helped create Summit Health, an integrated healthcare organization spanning more than 60 specialties and serving approximately five million patients annually.

Earlier in his career, Altobelli held senior finance leadership roles at AIG, PineBridge Investments, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch.

Altobelli earned his bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and has completed executive education and leadership programs at leading institutions. He also serves on multiple boards and advises healthcare organizations on financial strategy, operational performance, and growth.
