Dr. Marzouk is a growth-focused executive with extensive experience leading scaled multi-site healthcare organizations. She has a proven track record of leading physician practice businesses with a clear focus on delivering the highest standard of patient care while also implementing best practices to drive growth and operational discipline. Most recently, she served as CEO of GenesisCare, a multisite physician network organization, where in partnership with management and physicians, she led the company through a transformational period of operational improvement and growth.

Prior to that, Dr. Marzouk held senior leadership roles including President and CEO of Care Delivery at Anthem (now Elevance Health), Managing Director of Asia Health and Global Health Innovation at AXA, and Chief Medical Officer for Cardinal Health’s Medical Segment. Earlier in her career, she began her professional journey as a neurosurgeon and U.S. Army Major.

Dr. Marzouk earned her MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, an MD from St. Louis University School of Medicine, and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to her executive leadership experience, she serves on multiple boards and advises emerging companies in AI and health technology.
