Justin Berry is Chief Operating Officer of Spire Orthopedic Partners, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare leadership and operational experience across physician practices, healthcare services, and complex multi-site organizations. In his role, Berry leads operational strategy, supports continued growth across Spire’s practices, and partners with physicians and leadership teams to advance organizational performance, integration, and transformation.

Prior to joining Spire, Berry served as Market CEO for SunState Medical Specialists, where he held executive oversight for oncology and urology operations, including medical oncology, radiation oncology, and urology. He was responsible for strategic and operational performance across a broad physician and facility network, partnering closely with physicians and clinical leaders to expand services, recruit providers, strengthen practice operations, and drive sustainable growth.

Earlier in his career, Berry held executive leadership roles at Labcorp, gaining experience within one of the nation’s largest healthcare and diagnostic organizations and further developing his expertise in large-scale healthcare operations, organizational performance, and growth. His career began in clinical healthcare, providing a foundation that continues to inform his approach to physician partnership and patient-centered operations.
