She has a strong track record overseeing complex, physician-led platforms, managing significant P&L responsibility, and driving scalable performance improvement across geographically distributed networks.

Prior to joining Spire, Herzog served as Chief Operating Officer of Inception Fertility, a national healthcare services platform. She built and led senior operating teams, standardized operating models across a growing footprint, and executed and scaled growth initiatives spanning organic expansion and acquisitions. Known for disciplined execution and strong physician partnership, Herzog consistently delivers operational rigor, improved profitability, and enhanced patient experience at scale.
