She has more than two decades of experience advising healthcare organizations in highly regulated, private equity-backed, and public company environments, aligning legal and compliance strategy with enterprise objectives. Prior to joining Spire, Jordan held senior legal and compliance leadership roles at national healthcare organizations including Innovacare Health, Honest Medical Group, Cigna, and HealthSpring, where she helped guide organizations through rapid expansion and evolving regulatory landscapes.
