Bader serves as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Spire Orthopedic Partners. He brings more than a decade of experience leading corporate finance, strategy, and operations across healthcare, consumer goods, and private equity. Before joining Spire, he was Senior Director of Corporate Finance at Primo Brands, where he oversaw company forecasting, strategic planning, IPO readiness, and post-transaction value creation. He has also held finance leadership roles at Staple Street Capital, The Hain Celestial Group, The Blackstone Group, Alvarez & Marsal, and Northwell Health. Bader holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
