Spire Orthopedic Partners Appoints George Batton as Chief Financial Officer

Stamford, CT — October 20, 2025 — Spire Orthopedic Partners, one of the nation’s leading integrated orthopedic platforms, is pleased to announce the appointment of George Batton as Chief Financial Officer. 

Batton brings more than three decades of financial leadership experience to Spire, with a deep understanding of musculoskeletal care focused on delivering outstanding patient experiences and outcomes. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, where he built a best-in-class finance organization during the company’s expansion to over 500 clinics nationwide.

Prior to his tenure at Ivy Rehab, Batton held CFO roles at FreshDirect and CSM Bakery Solutions, where he led global financial operations. He also spent 17 years at PepsiCo and began his career with Price Waterhouse. Batton is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Business Studies from Strathclyde University in Scotland.
