Their addition to Spire’s executive leadership team further increases the organization’s operation capabilities as it drives continued growth.

As Chief Operating Officer, Justin Berry will lead Spire’s operational strategy, working closely with Spire’s executive and physician leadership to advance organizational performance. Berry brings more than 20 years of experience across the hospital and healthcare industry. Most recently, he served as Market CEO for SunState Medical Specialists, a multispecialty oncology and urology practice with nearly 100 locations across Florida.

As Chief Procurement and Facilities Officer, Colin Cave will provide enterprise leadership in procurement, facilities, and supply chain operations. Cave has an extensive background leading these functions within large healthcare organizations, most recently serving as Chief Procurement Officer for VillageMD.
