In their respective roles, Dycus, Robinson, and Thomas will work closely with Spire’s executive and physician leadership teams to advance operational excellence, support strategic growth initiatives, and enhance the services and resources available across the organization’s partner practices.

As Chief Revenue Cycle Officer, Erin Dycus brings extensive experience leading revenue cycle operations and healthcare compliance initiatives across complex healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Spire, she served as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at GenesisCare U.S., where she implemented end-to-end revenue cycle controls, optimized operational execution, and drove measurable performance improvements to create sustainable financial outcomes.

She is a certified Project Management Professional, has completed formal training in design thinking, and holds an AWS Certified AI Practitioner credential.
